COMMENTS

When visitors leave comments on our website, such as a review on a product page or a comment on a weblog post, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

MEDIA

If you upload images to our website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

By contacting us through a contact form (“form”) on our website, you voluntarily provide us with personal information, such as your full name, email address and phone number. Inquiries and data received through any of the forms on our website are stored for a period of one year after receipt. If at any time you wish to request deletion of your data submitted through a form, please send us a message in writing with your full name and a short description of the inquiry submitted to onlineorders@albin-hagstrom.com.

ACCOUNTS

By creating an account on our website, you voluntarily provide us with personal and contact information, such as your full name, billing address, shipping address, phone number and email address. This information will only be used to provide you with services that are requested, such as online orders and wholesaler applications, in addition to any necessary follow up contact, such as being able to reach you in the event there is a problem or issue with your order. Additional, non-personally identifying information may also be collected by registering for an account on our website, such as your IP address and browser user agent string to assist in spam detection. No information, whether personal information or non-personally identifying information, will ever be distributed to a third party without your consent.

Information received to create customer accounts will be stored indefinitely, until which Albin Hagstrom & Son, Inc. ceases to exist, in which case, you will receive notification in writing over the status of the data associated with your account in writing. If at any time you wish to request deletion of the data pertaining to your account, please send us a message in writing with your full name, account username and email address to onlineorders@albin-hagstrom.com.

EMBEDDED CONTENT FROM OTHER WEBSITES
