For online orders, our minimum quantity is 10 bunches of greenery (can be bulk or mixed) and just 25 feet of garland (can be cut into smaller sections for specific measurements within the 25 feet) along with one piece for wreaths and decorative products.

Yes! While we offer a variety of our most popular mixes for wreaths and garlands available through easy online ordering, we also offer custom options for greenery garlands, and when in season, Christmas wreaths and Christmas garlands.

Garlands are sold online in 25 foot increments, but can be cut into specific measurements (ex. five five-foot sections, a 10 foot and a 15 foot section, etc.) for your needs, just include your requirements in the box on the checkout page.

Yes! Our Custom Mixed Box options are perfect for you. Mixed cases are available through easy online ordering in a standard option (Florida-grown greenery only) or a premium option (includes Florida-grown greenery, plus Eucalyptus, Ruscus and Salal) where you can select up to five (5) varieties of greenery in quantities of two (2) bunches each to fill your case.

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
For wholesale customers, we currently offer refrigerated shipping options through Armellini, Burkitt, Casablanca Logistics, Dick’s Trucking, EDG Logistics, Florida Beauty Lines, Flower Transfer Logistics, Golden Lines, Prime, Rapid Floral Systems, Siegler Trucking, Star Van and Wayne Carr. We also offer faster, non-refrigerated service using FedEx, UPS and Delta Air Lines.

Please note that for wholesale orders, we do not coordinate shipping. Albin Hagstrom & Son works with the trucking lines listed above for pick-up of orders from our facility for our customers who are shipping with them, but it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for their own shipping with their preferred trucking line and notify us of which they intend to use to service their orders.

ONLINE ORDERS
Orders are shipped via FedEx, Monday through Thursday, excluding New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. You can choose your shipping date on the checkout page.

Same-day shipping is available for orders of bulk greenery and/or mixed cases if placed before 10 a.m. EST, Monday through Thursday. Please note that all garlands and Christmas wreaths/decor require a 24 hour lead time and cannot be shipped same day.

WHOLESALE ORDERS
Please refer to your trucking line’s schedule, and the cutoff times provided to you by your sales rep, for shipping times. For wholesale orders shipping out via truck, we can generally accommodate same-day orders for bulk greenery and 24 hour notice for garlands, but please note that this is subject to change at any time, especially during the holiday season.

As noted here on our website and in emails received after placing an order, even if you are not planning to use your greenery until a later time, please be sure to open your boxes upon delivery to inspect and ensure your order is correct and of quality.

In the event you experience an issue with your order, such as missing, damaged or inferior product, claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the delivery of your order, to include your name, order number and photos.

Since 1928, Albin Hagstrom & Son has been located in our hometown of Pierson, Florida, known as “The Fern Capital of the World.”

Approximately 80 percent of our wholesale greenery, and those used in the production of our garlands and wreaths, are grown here in Florida, in or near our hometown of Pierson. The remaining 20 percent are mainly sourced from California, Oregon and Washington, with a small portion, less than 10 percent, are imported from Italy, Israel or South America.

While our offices, warehouses and shipping/receiving departments are located in Pierson, we grow in locations throughout Volusia, Putnam and Lake County, Florida.

Our business began nearly 100 years ago, in 1928, when our namesake, Mr. Albin Hagstrom, began one of the first ferneries in the Pierson area, growing and selling Plumosus Fern.

That was five generations ago, and since then, Albin Hagstrom & Son, has been owned and operated by members of the Hagstrom Family, plus numerous other “family” members, as in our dedicated employees, who for many, have been with the company for 10, 20, 30 or even 40 years as together with our customers, our “Albin’s Family,” along with a countless number of our customers.
